You can switch off any feature your board doesn't use. It stays in your price, so turning it back on later is a simple setting with no upgrade to buy.
Payment fees
We add nothing to what Stripe charges
Residents' payments go into your association's own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates. We don't take a share of any payment.
On a $475 dues payment
These are Stripe's published standard rates, which Stripe may change. A bank transfer takes a few business days, and a payment is not marked as paid until the money arrives. The software can't yet pass the fee on to the resident who pays.

Our terms
Simple terms with no surprises
You can cancel at any time.
You pay for a year at a time, and we remind you 30 days before it renews.
We give 60 days' notice and never raise the price during a year you've already paid for.
If you outgrow your plan, you move up at your next renewal, not in the middle of the year.
