FAQ

Questions boards ask

Anything else: [email protected]

Are there any other fees?
No charge per feature, board member or resident. The only optional extra is having us do setup.
Is there a free trial?
Not a trial account. The demo is open to anyone, with three logins, and resets every night.
Who pays the card and bank fees?
Stripe takes its standard fee from each payment into your association's account: currently 2.9% plus 30¢ for a card, and 0.8%, capped at $5, for a bank transfer. We add nothing.
What if we stop paying?
You take your data: residents, charges, payments, notices, minutes and documents, exported from your own database.
Do we need a management company too?
No. It's built for boards without one. It keeps the records; it won't answer your phone or do your books.
Can the board try it for a month first?
Choose monthly. It stops whenever you stop it. (Founding terms need a yearly plan.)
